1. Minimum age
Access to the game is strictly limited to people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you declare that you are at least 18. Any false statement may lead to the account being closed.
2. Nature of the game
LudoMiza is an online board game played between several players. Some games may involve a cash stake (FCFA). The game combines chance (the dice) and strategy.
3. Stakes and winnings
The money in your account is used to play. When a paid game starts, each player's stake is taken and placed in a pot. The winner takes the pot, minus a 10% service fee kept by LudoMiza. The net amount to win is always shown before and during the game. In tournaments, the same fee applies to entry fees and the rest is shared between the finalists as displayed. If you leave a game voluntarily, your stake is not refunded.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are made via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) and are checked by the team. The Mobile Money number on your account is used for these operations. You are responsible for making sure it is correct. Mobile Money fees (operator fees and the government tax on transfers) are paid by you: on a deposit, your operator charges them on top of the amount sent; on a withdrawal, they are automatically deducted from the amount paid to you. You must have staked at least the amount you deposited (games or tournament entries) before you can withdraw your balance.
5. Responsible gaming
Play for fun. Never stake more than you can afford to lose. If you feel you are losing control, take a break. Gambling can be addictive.
6. Personal data
We collect the information needed to run your account (username, email, phone number, game history), as well as sign-ins to your account (IP address, approximate city, device type) to protect your account and withdrawals against fraud. It is never sold. It is used to sign you in, secure your account and process your operations. You can ask for your account to be deleted.
7. Turn time and inactivity
Each player has about 15 seconds to play their turn. After that, the system plays on their behalf and the player gets a red dot. On the 5th turn played by the system in the same game, the player is eliminated and their stake is not refunded. If only one player remains, they win the pot.
8. Behaviour
Cheating, using several accounts to gain an advantage, or any abusive behaviour may lead to the account being suspended and the related funds being forfeited.
